Good Morning

I need urgent help. I am looking after my sister's babys. My sister died 5 years ago by committing suicide. I am now their legal guardian. I don't have baby's on my own the kids are 6 and 16

The eldest daughter who is 16 gave birth 2 weeks ago. We didn't even know she was pregnant. She went to clinic because she said she has stomach cramps where she was transferred to hospital and gave birth to a baby boy.

Now the problem is my daughter doesn't want to tell us who is her baby daddy. She is always crying. Whenever the baby is crying she would cover her self with blanket and let the baby cry till he sleep.

She doesn't want to breastfeed the baby I have to technically take and force her to breastfeed the baby by taking out the breast and giving the baby. Sometimes I have to give the baby starch water because she refuses to breastfeed the babyI don't know what legal way can make her tell us who is her baby's father mind you I didn't even know she was s*xually active.

Please help urgently
