A journal diary I bought from nearby store
I used to be someone who focus only on negative aspects of life. Then I started using a gratitude journal which literally is an app that prompted me to write consciously on positive events no matter how small it is (Eg: A coworker offering to buy a coffee for you when you ran out of change to pay for it.)
Regular gratitude journaling has been shown in studies to increase activity in the brain’s reward centers and areas related to empathy and perspective-taking.
This creates long-term changes in how you process life experiences, making you more resilient to stress and setbacks.
