A LETTER TO DREAMERS

Seeking
Encouragement

Dear Dreamer,
Sitting on the edge of your bed, phone in hand, you scroll endlessly through a world where success stories flash before your eyes. Women from every corner of the globe seem to have cracked the code—earning online, building empires from the comfort of their homes. Their radiant smiles and glowing testimonials tell tales of independence and achievement. And yet, as you scroll, a knot tightens in your chest: How do they do it? What am I missing?
Oh, how you have searched! You've watched countless tutorials, read article after article, and thrown yourself into short courses, grasping at every promise of hope. But the methods that seem to work for others leave you empty-handed. Today, the weight of it all finally breaks you. You cry until your body shakes and tears blur your vision.
At some point, you feel abandoned—even by God. Despite your efforts, you feel you aren’t enough. The bitterness of failure clings to you as you think, Why not me? Why them? But then, a flicker of realization emerges: you are not walking towards an answer; you are walking towards a future you will create, one step at a time. Frightened, uncertain, burdened by expectations, you cling to the truth that dreams are not mere fantasies—they are the seeds of change. But dreams come with a price.
In your desperation, you seek connection. You send heartfelt pleas for guidance, but your messages are met with silence. Heartbroken, you realize the help you yearn for seems out of reach. You feel small, unseen, and unheard. The weight of wanting to save and invest, just to set yourself free, becomes unbearable. Yet, you wear resilience like a second skin, never expecting the world to hand you anything.
And still, your peers flourish. Friends talk of successes, throwing around terms and names you barely understand. You think they will guide you, but they grow distant, their newfound success creating a chasm between you. You feel left behind, always searching for a way in.
You turn to religion, praying fervently for answers, for guidance, for a sign. But even as you whisper your hopes to the heavens, nothing seems to shift. Determined, you throw yourself back into the grind. You revisit notes, explore new ideas, and chase every opportunity. Still, the haunting question lingers: How do others do it?
Your self-worth begins to erode. You clap for others with genuine joy, celebrating their wins, while your own dreams wither. You hate the person you are becoming—doubtful, insecure, lost. But deep within, a tiny ember of hope remains. Perhaps one day, the stars will align in your favor.
When you look at every successful person you admire, remember: they didn’t get there by accident. They took risks, faced rejection, and made mistakes. What makes them different from the ordinary person is that they kept going. They learned from their mistakes, and each "no" brought them closer to a "yes." Each misstep became a lesson that made them stronger. Adversity is a stern teacher, but it molds character and resilience.
To you, who feels the same—to you, riding in the same boat—know this: life is not about certainty. It is about courage. The courage to step forward, even when the path is unclear. The courage to believe in your capacity to grow. The shadows are not your enemies; they are part of you—just as much as your dreams and hopes. To deny them is to deny yourself. But to face them—that is where your strength lies.
You may see yourself as broken, but brokenness does not mean weakness. It means resilience. It means growth. Take one step, one day. The pain of doing nothing will always be worse than the pain of doing something. Something is better than nothing.
This is my letter to you. Fear feeds stagnation, and stagnation breeds shadows—the very shadows you face. They are born from dreams abandoned, hopes cast aside. But dreams require courage. They demand that you step into the unknown, embracing both the risk and the reward.
Trust in yourself. Trust in your choices. Trust in the dream you carry. Each step will reveal the next, and if you fall, you will learn to rise.
With courage,
Faith
