that autism is not something to be cured or fixed but rather a natural variation in human neurology that should be celebrated and embraced.
Children on the autism spectrum can often have difficulties expressing their feelings and communicating with others. Deciphering what your child needs can be even more difficult with a child on the spectrum.
Imitate your child.
Mimicking your child's sounds and play behaviors will encourage more vocalizing and interaction. It also encourages your child to copy you and take turns. Make sure you imitate how your child is playing.

Enforce positive behavior and ensure that you have a balance between your personal behaviors.
