A Special Encourager Party: One to Remember!

We marked International Women's Day on March 13, 2025, with a special encourager party. We had the amazing Jill Langhus and Leonida Odongo join us on a panel, moderated by our phenomenal and fearless leader Lourdes Rivas, CEO of World Pulse. They talked about their journeys on World Pulse, what encouragement - both giving and receiving - meant to them, how they've grown in their own leadership paths, and what their journeys with World Pulse looked like. It was particularly moving to see the love flowing for our speakers on chat - a community that truly thrives! We then went in to do some live encouraging together, and created space to hear from more community members. The fantastic Edna Chepkurui and the brilliant Susan Khasoa gave voice to two profound quotes they had shared in their most recent stories. Their words of wisdom and celebration of community stood out as testament to the spirit of sisterhood we all thrive in together. Next, we went into breakout rooms for conversations in smaller groups, where we caught up with each other on stories we read on World Pulse, goings-on in the word around us, and built new friendships and nurtured longstanding ones.
