My Passions and Motivations

I am passionate about sustainability, innovation, and youth leadership. Organizing the Women-Led AI Sustainability Youth Summit strengthened my belief in the power of technology to drive social and environmental change. My motivation comes from seeing young people, especially those in underserved communities, access opportunities to grow and lead.

Where I Live and What I Love About It

I live in Osona Village, Okahandja, Namibia. I love the resilience and diversity of my country. Despite challenges, Namibian youth are eager for change, and I enjoy being part of initiatives that equip them with the tools to shape their future.

My name, Elizabeth Simon, carries a sense of strength and leadership. "Elizabeth" symbolizes wisdom and resilience, while "Simon" reflects faith and perseverance. These values guide me in everything I do.
