An incident without indictment

An incident without indictment

Many a lives lost

They proliferate– then retreat

All at humanity's cost

How is it a war when innocents are the casualty?

Schools and hospitals collateral?

Well, it always has been –and will be

Men's instincts have long been fatal

Some for survival some for hegemony

Use zeal as a wishful blunder

And chaos feels like home

When powers fight, faiths surrender?

You think they learn from history

But only to make it worse

Every time that tables turn

For the recipient it's a curse
