Anniversaire de la Résolution 1325 du CSNU

Résolution 1325 adoptée le 31 octobre 2000
Reconnait la femme à la fois comme victime des violences particulière pendant les conflits armés et comme actrice dans la prévention et la résolution des conflits. Cette résolution est résumée en 3P :
- Prévention : Accorder une attention accrue à la prévention de violence sexuelle à l’égard des femmes pendant les conflits violents et dans la phase post conflit ;
- Protection : Accorder une protection particulière aux femmes et filles et prendre en compte leurs besoins spécifiques ;
- Participation : Accroître la présentation et la participation des femmes et des organisations des femmes dans la prévention et la résolution des conflits.
14 ans déjà: la RDC, où en sommes-nous depuis que le gouvernement congolais s'est impliqué? le Plan d'Action National (PAN) qu'est-ce que l'Etat a déjà réalisé?

Les femmes du Nord-Kivu se sont réunies et discutées sur les réalisations du PAN: Le gouvernement congolais a promis la mise en place des comités de pilotage dans les différentes provinces de la RDC et jusqu'à présent ces comités ne sont pas mis en place; c'est ainsi que les femmes du Nord-Kivu demandent la mise en place de ce comité de pilotage de la 1325.

The Anniversary of Resolution 1325 of the CSNU

Resolution 1325 adopted October 31, 2000
Recognizes that a woman is both a victim of particular violence during armed conflict and an actor in the prevention and resolution of conflict. This resolution is summarized in three P’s:
-Prevention: Pay increased attention to the prevention of sexual violence against women during violent conflict and in the post conflict stage;
-Protection: Grant special protection to women and girls and consider their specific needs;
-Participation; Increase the presentation and the participation of women and women’s organizations in the prevention and resolution of conflicts.
14 years already: DRC, where have we been since the Congolese government got involved? What has the State already realized of the National Action Plan (PAN)?

The women of North Kivu have gotten together and discussed the realities of the PAN; the Congolese government promised to put steering committees in place in the different provinces of the DRC and up until now these committees have not been put into place. Thus the women of North Kivu demand the placement of this steering committee of 1325.
