Since my last impact I have impacted a few people here and there around my community, the struggle is finding a safe space to conduct my cooking classes as I live in a not so safe township in South Africa. You try and start something and thugs try and demand protection fees from you, so sometimes I try to do the smallest I can under the radar. I've even started approaching TV studios in order to amplify and reach more people about my initiative and the impact I believe would make not only in South Africa. Elderly women need to know that good nutrition is attainable even with limited resources at their disposal.
