MOTHERHOOD AWARENESS🤰🤱
COMMEMORATING MOTHER'S MONTH 🌹
On part 2,
Ms Boitumelo Mankhwa Israel speaks on;
BALANCING MOTHERHOOD AND WORK
"Juggling work and motherhood means early mornings, late nights, and making the most of every hour in between. I’ve worked full-time while studying, even during pregnancy, and I somehow made it through with love, faith, and a lot of determination. One of the hardest parts is the emotional split (when work demands your focus, and your children need your attention). The guilt can creep in, like I’m not giving enough time to my children, or not performing at my best professionally. But I remind myself that I’m building something meaningful not just for me, but for them. They are the reason I push through fatigue and keep chasing my goals, proving that women can pursue their dreams, provide for their families, and still be loving, present mothers. I’ve also embraced structure and flexibility. I schedule wisely, ask for help when needed, and celebrate even the small wins. And I always remind myself, I’m doing the best I can, and that’s enough. What I’ve discovered is that balance isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about knowing when to pause, when to press on, and when to simply breathe.
TO EVERY MOTHER OUT THEREÂ
You are enough. Whether you're doing it alone, with support, or somewhere in between, your effort, love, and strength matter more than you know. You’re raising the future, even when it feels like the world is too heavy. This Mother’s Day, I honour all the women walking this path with courage. And I celebrate the unseen battles we win every single day."
We are so proud of you Queen, may God continue to give you the strength, wisdom and courage.
