Seeking
Encouragement

I didn’t wake up one morning to find the woman I was meant to be waiting for me. She didn’t arrive in a grand moment of revelation or as a fully-formed version of who I had always dreamed of becoming. No, she came in pieces—small, unrecognizable fragments that took their time to fall into place. And still, she is arriving.
For years, I was my own worst enemy. The words I whispered to myself were ones I would never dare utter to someone I loved. I told myself I wasn’t enough. That I wasn’t capable. And with every repetition, my heart absorbed those lies, allowing them to take root and define me. The weight of self-doubt, of feeling inadequate, held me hostage. I thought I had to be perfect to be worthy.
But now, I choose differently.
I choose to be kind to myself, to speak words of encouragement, to celebrate the small victories that once seemed insignificant. I am learning that growth isn’t instant. Some days, I rise effortlessly, moving forward with grace and confidence. Other days, I struggle, questioning my progress, battling the echoes of old doubts. But no matter what, I refuse to be the one dragging myself down.
I made a vow—a promise to myself—to uplift rather than criticize, to speak life into my own soul, to show myself the same grace I so freely offer others. I am learning to love myself through the journey, not just when I reach a destination. To find joy in the becoming, in the evolving, in the messy, beautiful process of growth.
For the first time, I don’t need someone else to make me feel whole. I am discovering that I am already complete. That my worth was never conditional. That I have always been enough, even in the moments when I didn’t feel like it.
This is my journey to becoming her—the woman who is strong, kind, and unapologetically herself. And I am embracing every step of the way.
