Training of fascinator In O.L.A Ibadan, Oyo state

Promoting entrepreneurship and vocational skills early can shape the mindset of students for lifelong self-sufficiency and innovation. We believe that inside every child is a dreamer, a doer, and a future leader. The world is changing fast—degrees alone no longer guarantee success. But a mindset of innovation, practical skills, and financial literacy? That’s the new power. That’s what builds CEOs, even from a young age.

We will collaborate with schools, to train selected students who has shown interest in different skills like Bag making, Foot wear Making, Culinary and Baking, Mocktail making, and T-shirt Tie and dye with personal skills like Integrity, Responsibility, self motivation etc, work place skills like communication, decision making, teamwork and many more.

At the end of every training there will be competition among the students and exhibition of what they have been able to learn. Also we will bring mentors to speak with them in a conferences to help them see what they can do with what they have learned.

We plan to have different schools in other to be able to reach as many teenagers as possible.

Our core vision is to equip Nigerian secondary school students with hands-on vocational skills, business mindset, and leadership values through structured training, competitions, and community engagement. The training will be hands-on training where the students will be involved practically.
