I am Mosfeka Zannat, a social entrepreneur and development researcher based in Bangladesh. For over a decade, I have been leading an organization that serves underprivileged communities through education, skill development, and employment-focused initiatives. We’ve empowered thousands of women and youth, opened doors to digital training, created pathways for self-reliance, and nurtured children’s dreams through our free school and skill hubs.
But I believe this is just the beginning.
My dream is to transform our local initiative into a global social enterprise. I want to bring the voices, crafts, and talents of our marginalized communities into the global market — where their work is valued, their dignity upheld, and their potential recognized. To do this, I need support, strategy, and connection beyond borders.
That's why I’ve applied to the World Pulse Mentorship Program.
Through this mentorship, I hope to:Strengthen my leadership capacity to drive inclusive, scalable impact
Enhance my communication skills to effectively share our story, challenges, and successes with global partners
Learn to build strategic collaborations that foster sustainability, innovation, and cross-border solidarity
Gain insight into funding models and international markets that could support our expansion
And most importantly, become part of a community of changemakers who uplift and inspire one another
I carry with me the hopes of countless children, women, and youth who dare to dream of a better life. With the right guidance, network, and support, I believe we can take our model beyond Bangladesh and co-create a world where opportunity isn't a privilege — it’s a right.
Joining this mentorship is not just about my personal growth. It’s about lighting the path for many others who walk with me.
