BRIGHT DAYS COMING

Gender equality a Dream to be achieved. 20/30 years back  women had no voice, considered as second category of population and were deprived of inheritance,education,decision making, voting etc. the list is long . But these voiceless population slowly but remarkably making their space . Contribution of world pulse is a milestone is this movement. Women were considered as a human  being with a womb to cater needs of family & they have no personal choice .  This  mindset so conditioned and it flowed from generation to generation. A working women bound to play role of homemaker too even though she is financially supporting . We all are responsible for this kind of thought process.  Men are prevented from their childhood to not to extend any helping hand to their mother/sister in domestic works , indirectly teaching division of labour into masculine and feminine , the baton  is getting handed over to next runner (generation). 2020 pandemic situation work from home brought a positive thinking that, men realized importance of household chores and opting to share the load of work. In recent past Supreme Court of India a observation was made by Justice Rammana & Surya kant  that"women's work at home was no less than that of her office going husband and enhanced the compensation amount in a Insurance case" This shows there is a paradigm shift happening . 

  We are moving towards a society where there will be mutual love and respect for men and women. Shinning sun in horizon.
