What is the Problem We Are Trying to Solve?

In Kenya, thousands of orphans and vulnerable children grow up without access to emotional support, mentorship, or creative opportunities. At the same time, young women especially teenage mothers and aspiring creatives often lack platforms, tools, or training to pursue their dreams and become financially independent. These groups are overlooked, under supported, and full of untapped potential.

Why Is This Initiative Important?

The Bunney Foundation steps in to empower the forgotten. We use music, mentorship, and consistent community outreach to heal, uplift, and inspire. We focus on orphans, vulnerable youth, and young women not just by giving aid, but by offering dignity, skills, and opportunity. We believe that music is more than entertainment it’s a tool for transformation, confidence, and connection.

What Is Our Ultimate Goal?

Our dream is to build a Creative and Mentorship Hub a safe space where orphans and underprivileged youth, especially girls, can learn music, digital skills, emotional intelligence, and life skills. We want to nurture strong, creative, and self-reliant young people who will grow into leaders and changemakers in their communities.

What Actions Do We Plan to Take to Reach This Goal?

• Organize regular outreach visits to children’s homes to provide emotional support, mentorship, music therapy, and essential supplies.
• Offer free training in DJing, music production, and creative skills for young women and teens from underprivileged backgrounds.
• Host community events (charity shows, cultural nights, music workshops) to raise awareness, funds, and visibility.
• Build partnerships with creatives, educators, donors, and local organizations to expand our impact.
• Fundraise to establish a permanent creative hub equipped with music gear, learning spaces, and counseling services.
