SELFCARE❤️
I had just taken an annual leave from work. I have been feeling so exhausted, having panic / anxiety attacks more often. Getting irritable, irritated by anything and everything so easily. Struggling to get up every morning, having such a very painful headache and a heavy head. I realised it was very important for me to take a SELFCARE break. I got that knowledge from WORLD PULSE TRAINING at DIGITAL TRAINING.
Recently, on the 21st March 2025, I was invited to speak to young beauty Queens at Milestone Pageantry Academy Workshop. My Topic was SELFCARE, this topic was inspired by what I learnt mostly here at World Pulse. Especially about Cyber Bullying and Mental Health Wellness.
I am sharing this incase one may be feeling the same way, I am suggesting that it's high time you took a break. Just take leave for no particular reason. Sleep, rest, do stuff you been failing to attend to. I love you, i am Babedi Samakabadi from Botswana🇧🇼💙
