Can we make "Bring your Daughter to Work" a standard business practice ?

I am perplexed why we dedicate only a single day out of 365  to introducing our daughters to work.  I have missed so many "bring your daughter (or even children) to work" days because of my schedule, her school, work events, etc.  Missing that one day is unfortunate, especially when we consider that the other 364 days are not leveraged.  I believe we need to dedicate a month to bring our daughters to work.  It would be easier to plan, easier to schedule, and think of all of the events we could coordinate for our daughters.  Introducing my daughter to the world of law in a global tech company is only a start. If she could shadow me for a day, watch and listen to our female corporate leaders at a function, participate in work activities, all the while learning and making connections, I could teach her the power of networking, and that she can be a corporate leader just like all of the other women she might have watched or spoken to throughout a week or a month.   It does not have to be 30 days in a row but if during the month, we had events planned and chats organized, we could teach and inspire our daughters to mature into the leaders we need.
