We are deeply honored and thrilled to share that CWE-TECH (Kenya), in partnership with Tafara Wellness Initiative (Zimbabwe/South Africa), has received the prestigious Collaborative Initiative Award from World Pulse! 🌍💫

This recognition celebrates our shared mission to bring mental wellness to women in technology—a mission that sits at the heart of both our organizations.

In an industry where women often face unique pressures, our collaboration has focused on integrating emotional resilience, mental health awareness, and psychosocial support into professional development for women in tech. Together, we’ve launched mentorship programs, wellness workshops, and safe spaces for healing and growth across borders. This began by Tafara equipping CWE-TECH staff and mentors with basic Counselling and Psychosocial skills.
