This story begins like this, an African-American woman is arrested by the police after she allegedly behaved eraticaly at a restaurant and sat with a group of seven people and ordered a kobe beef she could not "afford" to pay for. The staff at the restaurant believed she needed help and was going through a mental health crisis instead when the police arrived they arrested her and took her to jail. Her car was impounded outside the restaurant with her money, car keys & cell phone. So when she was released from the Calabasas jail early in the morning there was no safe way for Mitrice to get home or someone to call. She was released by the authorities in an inhumane manner.
Los Angeles Counrty Sheriff department claimed that "she showed no signs of mentall illness or intoxication" at the time of her release.
Later on a Police memo was sent to her mother why they brought her to jail apparently "she was acting "ditsy". Her mum did make it clear to them that "she was going to come get her daughter and that she did not want to have to hear the news that her daughters head was chopped",she said jokingly.
A year later her body was discovered in Malibu Canyon on August 9 2010. Beside her body were, sexual and racial themed graffiti with fresh paints and cans. Adjacent to the bed was Mitrice's body a pornography location well known to the law enforcement. Locals claimed to have heard screams within the next few nights after her disssapearance.
The body was found completely naked her skull away from her body and her clothes scattered through out the ravine. Despite the bizzare circumstances under which her body was found her case was not ruled as a homicide neither was it a foul play. Her loved ones did not and still will not accept this answer.
Questions:☑️
Why did racism have to thrive in the midst of her case?
Did the Police take their time to search for her killer?
Are the Police involved in a hidden cover-up for Mitrice Richardson's case?
After her mother made it clear that she was going to come and get her daughter why did they release her early in the morning knowing her mental condition.
