<p>Happy new year colleagues,<br /> Child Defilement is something that is so rampant in Zambia, I never been personally defiled but have experienced cases of defilement through my work as a journalist, I have also witnessed a case of defilement in my own neighborhood,  As a woman i dread having a baby girl,  because of these rampant cases of defilement.Stiff punishment have not deterd the culprits, and my question is what is the cause and whats the way forward?</p>
