"Christmas" and such around the world and all those recipes....

In Canada, we are nearing Christmas, and as I am putting our children to bed, I have been reading some stories that have some information about Christmas in other countries.

Jackie and I have been talking about Christmas cooking in Bolivia, and Jackie has shared some of her country's traditional recipes for this time of year (which we are looking forward to making :)

I would love to hear about other traditions involving food (WITH recipes OF COURSE!!) I realize not all celebrate "Christmas" necessarily, so send some Hannakuh recipes, anything!!!
I have to find some of my recipes, including some of our English & Italian family's recipes and will post again! Oh, and I have already sent the perogie recipe...when my Ukranian grandmother was alive that was Christmas dinner- perogies and cabbage rolls with trimmings- no turkey in sight!

looking forward to hearing from you!!!
