Community Cervical Cancer Awareness and Screening Initiative

Creating awareness on cervical cancer during an outreach program

Cervical cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths among women, yet it is preventable and treatable when detected early. At WAGE Foundation, we are committed to bridging the healthcare gap for women and girls in underserved communities through education and access to vital health services.

Through our Community Cervical Cancer Awareness and Screening Initiative, in two years we aim to:

  • Reach 5,000 women and girls with essential information on cervical cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment options.

  • Screen 1,000 women for cervical cancer over the next two years, ensuring timely referrals and follow-up care for those in need.

We believe that no woman should lose her life to a preventable disease due to lack of awareness or access to screening services. By empowering communities with knowledge and providing screening opportunities, we can save lives and improve women’s health outcomes.

We invite partners, organizations, and healthcare professionals to collaborate with us in expanding this initiative. Your support—whether through funding, medical supplies, screening services, or advocacy—can make a lasting impact on the lives of thousands of women.

Join us in this fight against cervical cancer! Let’s create a future where no woman is left behind.
