Computer Questions for Orientation Call

Hello Everyone,

I suggest that you test your computer to see if it has speakers and a microphone already included. If it does not, you will need to have both a headphones set and a microphone for the call if you want to fully participate. If you only have headphones, you can listen, but won't be able to talk (unless you have a microphone built into your computer).

I would suggest testing out your computer and Skype abilities with another friend or Correspondent who is on Skype, before the call next week. Remember, we will also be recording the calls, so if you cannot participate for some reason, you can listen later.

If you don't have headphones/microphone, try asking a friend or your local internet cafe to see if they can lend it to you.

Kind regards,

Rachael
