Conference Call Reminder and Info

story
Hello Everyone!
I hope that Friday greets you with a smile today and that you have some relaxing things planned for the weekend. We have two orientation calls schedule for next week! One is on Monday, the 15th of November at 7am Pacific Standard Time. The other is scheduled for Tuesday, the 16th of November at 9am Pacific Standard Time.
Remember, Pacific Standard time is GMT-8 (our offices are located in Portland, Oregon, USA). To easily convert this to your local time, go to the World Clock Converter at http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedform.html. When you get to the page, enter the date and time of the call you are attending, and then click on "show results in....world clock". For instance, if you are attending the November 15 call, you will enter the information that I gave you (15 November, 7am, USA-Oregon (as location)), and click on show results in world clock. You will then see what time this is all over the world! I know this is a bit confusing, but it is the easiest tool I can think of for all of you to use. If you don't see a USA-Oregon location in the tool, you can also use USA-California, as it is the same time zone.
If you have any questions about the time, please let me know.
To call into the conference, please follow the directions below. To call in for free, you will have to use Skype. To do this, open your Skype account. There should be an option to "call phones". Click on this. Then, enter the number for Skype listed below. You do NOT need to enter a country. Then, click enter or press the green dial button and that will connect you. If you call in earlier than me (I am the call moderator) you will be put on hold with a bit of music--but don't worry, this is normal! I will be on the call at least 5min ahead of schedule. If you are calling from Skype, you do not need to enter the conference room number.
Our participants in the US may use the toll-free numbers for the US below.
If you can, please have your Correspondents Welcome Manual with you for the call, as we will be going over this step by step.
