Dear Applicants,

Thank you so much for your dedication and efforts over the past four weeks. Your stories have been so amazing to read through and so powerful....and you're almost finished!

Please make sure you turn in your last assignment, http://www.worldpulse.com/voices-of-our-future-application-classroom/wee..., by 11:55pm PDT today! Everyone who turned in all four assignments will be considered for the 30 spots available in our full training program.

Remember, if you are selected as one of the thirty, you will receive:

1. A personal Vision Mentor to help you crystallize and catalyze your vision for yourself and your community.


2. A personal Editorial Midwife, to help you communicate your vision to a global audience.


3. Training on citizen journalism by renowned experts Cristi Hegranes of the Global Press Institute and Katie Orenstein from the Op Ed Project.


4. Training on digital storytelling (video and photo slide-shows) by Sehrish Shaban an accomplished video journalist who has produced video and multi-media for Reuters, The New York Times, and PBS News hour.


5. A technology access stipend to offset communication costs.

And of course, the opportunity to network closely with grassroots women change leaders and their supporters throughout the globe. We'll be announcing the 30 Correspondents by October 31st on this group page, so keep an eye out towards the end of this month.
