Corruption from the very top in city hall in BC

I have lived on northern Vancouver Island for over 15 years and the 3 townships up here are Port hardy, Port Alice and Port mcniell.

I have lived and worked in these 3 townships and what shocks me everytime is the false front put on by those in official offices. These places are funded by tax payers yet are very self serving.

I recently investigated a series of events at the Port mcniell city hall that involves levels of corruption from.the very top down to front office.

I reported this to all levels governing over them and now things move forward.

I had 2 registered therapy dogs for seizures and mini strokes for 12 years when a volunteer at city hall Conned his way into my home. I had put an ad out to sell a geo electric car he responded to my ad and came to.my home over 6 times about the geo then other things he liked to talk about presenting himself as a kind stranger. After his 6th visit he offered to babysit my 2 small dogs while I went to hospital for overnight test. So he convinced me to trust him etc and I then let him take my 2 dogs and some of their items to what I thought was his mom's place as he said he lived with his mother.

He instead took them to a remote place and put them in a cage and called me and said he would put my dogs down if I did not give him 8000 dollars a further irony is that is asking price for the geo he wanted but could not afford. He has kept my dogs for 7 weeks and they are stuck in a cage which is cruel.

City hall gave him volunteer job and has taken no responsibility for this man named Alex Carroll and they have been informed of his behavior . 7 attempts were made by friends and neighbors to het my dogs back yet each time people were met with violent threats and being sworn at. All this is taking place on city hall property and is very unethical

The liability is ever present I have had several strokes and 2 seizures since my dogs have been gone

I found out the highest level of position is the most corrupt and now this will have to go to court

Our tax dollars are not to be used to abuse seniors and their pets

The person who hired him is the top person at city hall and I was sent note I would never see my digs again. HOW DARE THEY ASSUME THAT POSITION AND WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE ABUSING A DISABLED SENIOR AND ABUSE OF POWER IN THAT OFFICE

THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DIWN FOR CORRUPTION
