<p>Sisters, here is an international organization that rates all the countries regarding their public official corruption. The rating of corruption goes from 100--no preceived corruption, to 0--highest corruption level. India is at #36. This level of corruption is like the countries with dictators in Africa, which indicates that corruption is accepted as usual. What are your thoughts about ways to end this?
