She says: How do I use sanitizer when I can't afford it

She says: How can I practice social distancing when we are living in a compound of more than 20 people sharing one toilet.

They say: Call NCDC when you are having symptoms of Covid-19
She says: How do I call when I stay somewhere far in the rural area where there is no network and Medical facility.
