Dancing with the CEO

July 2023, the month I will forever remember! It was a privilege, an honor and a great opportunity to dine and dance with this special soul, the Founder / CEO, World pulse, Jensine Larsen. Honestly speaking, it wasn't just a dance but I watched carefully, listened keenly and learnt attentively to ensure I follow her footsteps and make a difference in the world.

Jensines story of humble beginning that has created this safe and inclusive women led global social network for social change is mind-boggling. World Pulse which now connects over 233 countries worldwide is an eye opener to all of us on what a single dream, when carefully pursued, can achieve. In World pulse leaders are grown, voices are amplified to power and movements are linked. It is a safe space where we, sisters are seen, heard and understood as we raise our voices.

Jensines ambition of using digital technology to unleash the untapped creative potential of women everywhere is something we should all work towards achieving. 

The July 2023 meeting held in Kenya between World Pulse CEO and World Pulse Kenya members was organized by the CEO, Jensine herself together with our very able World pulse Kenya leader, Eunice Owino. Thanks to the two! This was a great thought because of the connections and strong bond we have created since then, which has resulted into several collaborations and the togetherness is evident. It is from this meeting that I got guidance on how to go about registering my CBO "Touching Hearts Transforming Lives". Thanks to Kristine Yakhama and many thanks to Worldpulse for connecting us. Without this I wouldn't have had a chance to dance with the CEO and learn from her.
