Dealing with depression dairies part 3

Dealing with depression dairies

Going through life alone can forge a quiet strength within you, but more often, it shatters you beyond self recognition.

Have you ever found yourself in a moment, staring into the void, wondering, Where did the girl I used to be go? That confident, articulate, bold, believing, outspoken, beautiful girl? You ache to reclaim her, clawing at the past to resurrect that version of yourself, but it feels futile, like chasing a ghost.

When you’re unstable, desperately trying to piece your fractured life together, family abandons you, friends drift away, and even those willing to help are mostly unable to.

You’re left to face it all alone—no one to talk to, laugh with, cry with, or lean on. The silence is deafening. Questions swarm your mind, relentless and unanswered.

Each morning, you rise just to survive, clinging to a fragile hope that today might bring a miracle. But it doesn’t come. Stress creeps in, depression settles like an uninvited guest, and thoughts of suicide, self-hatred, and judgment begin to whisper.

Yet in a season like this, remember the Lord promises never to leave nor forsake you.(Hebrews 13:5)

I pray you find the will to lift yourself up one more day, to try again—this time, wiser—to believe and wait. Things will fall into place.
