Dear Woman: Your Body is beautiful

A presentation at a free sewing training by me

A love letter to every woman who doesn't love her body.

Or who's been told her goals are unrealistic.

Dear YOU, beautiful woman., 😚

You can run a club, school or have a retreat with other women where you teach them the power of embracing and loving their body just the way it is no matter your age.

I heard of a woman who led a group of women through an amazing feminine energy, confidence boosting, poolside dance. I saw the video where women in their 50’s danced and embraced their unique body shapes.

This retreat host never thought she would do this but she did in anyway. This ideas was conceived and implemented 12 months after.

Guess what?

The women were excited and did lots of other fun things together.

So I want to write you a love letter with two main messages.

You are Amazingly, Wonderfully beautiful.( If there's a word like that 😂❤️)

Your body is beautiful, just the way it is.

It's time for you to own it.

You can also love your body just as it is and also want to make changes.

Stop hiding.

And a blunt but honest message...

Every time you pull your body down, you are telling all the other women around you that it's ok to hate on their own bodies, too. NOT COOL.

✔ None of your goals are unrealistic.

And anyone who tells you otherwise can go eat glass.

It's time for you to embrace who you are.

It's time for you to step out and be seen.

It's time for you to Love YOU.

Living your best life amidst the storms and making it better every single day shouldn't be an option but a priority.

So,

✓Identify some wildly unrealistic goals.

it's time, you can make them happen…

I PROMISE.

I am also doing the same , though afraid at times but doing something.

No matter your age, size or color, get an idea and run with it.

@Luana you can set up that organization that helps 40+ women get job placement. You don't need any other employer giving you bulshit due to age.

@Advocate Faizaf, I love how you advocate for women's rights and justice. Welldone

@jefiter Mang, keep helping women through your Aid foundation.

@Dr. Saida, welldone with your work on domestic violence, emotional abuse etc.

I can mention a few here but God bless all the amazingly beautiful World Pulse women.

We keep pushing, keep building, keep advocating for others, keep educating and encouraging others.

Let's teach our young girls to love their body too.

As we celebrate world pulse @20,

Hello women,

It's time to step into the magic.

Your sister,

Gold
