Demystifying the menstrual cycle

Our initiative, "Demystifying the Menstrual Cycle," is an online webinar designed to educate and empower 100 women and girls with accurate, science-based knowledge about menstruation. Recognizing the persistent myths, stigma, and misinformation surrounding menstrual health,calculating safe and unsafe periods this webinar aims to:

• Break the stigma by fostering open, judgment-free discussions about menstruation.
• Provide practical education about the menstrual cycle, its phases and how to navigate them.
• Promote menstrual health by addressing common issues such as irregular cycles, cramps, and hygiene practices.
• Encourage advocacy for menstrual equity, highlighting the importance of access to sanitary products and supportive environments.

The session will feature interactive discussions led by experts, real-life stories to inspire confidence, and resources to help participants make informed decisions about their reproductive health. By reaching 100 women and girls, we hope to create ripple effects in their communities, promoting a culture of awareness and empowerment.
