Dear members of World Pulse,
I would like to share with you my reflections, concerns, and commitment, hoping to spark an enriching and collective conversation.
I am deeply invested in an ethical, pacifist, and radical pursuit to denounce and dismantle oppressive systems that have perpetuated inequalities for centuries. I firmly believe that justice cannot be imposed from the outside; it must emanate from the people themselves, especially women, whose voices have too often been silenced.
My stance and commitment:
- I am disinterested, detached from politics or funding, ensuring that my actions are solely guided by universal ethical principles.
- I am inspired by tools like the Russell-Sartre tribunals, which could be reimagined and organized by women from all countries to voice their suffering and demand justice.
As a man, I consider it inappropriate to impose my voice. I believe in a philosophy summarized by this quote:
"Do not liberate me, I will do it myself. The only thing you, as a man, can do is to walk beside me on my path to freedom."
Thus, my role is to accompany, support, and help create spaces where women can express their voices with strength and autonomy.
My concerns:
- I would like to do more, for example, by writing articles every day, but I fear this could dilute the impact of my messages.
- I wonder how to structure my ideas so that they capture attention while maintaining their depth and sincerity.
- I am also thinking about concrete actions, such as organizing popular tribunals by and for women, outside often biased institutional frameworks.
A call to the community:
I address you, members of this community, to engage in these questions:
- How can I better structure and present my ideas so they resonate with strength?
- What tools or approaches would you recommend to amplify the impact of such initiatives?
- How can we create collective spaces where women’s voices can rise freely and powerfully?
Your work, reflections, and experiences give me great hope, and I am honored to be part of such an inspiring space as World Pulse.
With respect and commitment,
Fred.
P.S.:
I have noticed that most communications here are in English, which further motivates my commitment. I can contribute by translating from French to English, demonstrating that we all have a role as humanist teachers, sharing ideas and tools such as reading, writing, and arithmetic. But our role goes even further—to carry the voices of those who do not have access to these tools.
Each soul here represents half the population, just like in France. We all have a role to play, using the tools we have at our disposal.
