Donald Trump, The Next President of the United States of America. My Analysis. (Part 4)

During the election I had a conversation with a man who is white and Jewish American who said to me many people are fearful and people make comments on social media expressing their fear and anger. He explained that there are a lot of people who are are afraid and angry about America being taken over by immigrants and Muslims wanting to impose Shariah law on people in the country. He reminded me of all the women being raped by refugees in Germany and how angry people are with Chancellor Merkel having allowed refugees entry into Germany. Conveniently, he made no mention of how members of the ethnic, cultural, and religious groups that Trump has insulted or other people regularly insult might be feeling and how afraid they are. Nor did he speak about how many women in America are raped by men in America on a daily basis. Nor did he speak to the fact that there are also many in Germany who welcome and support refugees being in the country and are helping them integrate into society. When I brought these points to his attention, he made no comment but instead continued to bash Islam and make inaccurate statements about current events involving Islam, Muslims, refugees, etc.

He spoke about radical Islam. He also said, "I'm not trying to make you upset but Muslims are trying to push Shariah law on us." In responding to some of his comments, I told him there's no such thing as radical Islam. There's such a thing as Islam. I assured him that if he read the Quran and learned about the ways and life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he would know Islam is not radical in the least bit. I went on to explain that Islam was given the name radical Islam to bad mouth the religion and to link Islam with extremism and terrorism. The powers that be with a certain agenda wrongfully and strategically gave Islam the adjective "radical". I didn't say this to the man but in thinking about it now, Trump did this same thing to Clinton. He labeled Hillary Clinton "crooked Hillary" and just like one commentator on CNN said, this swayed voters' minds. There's certainly a lot of power in words and labels.

As the 43 white Presidents and now 1 white President-Elect of the soon to be 45 Presidents of the United States of America and as so many other aspects of the culture and society in America suggest, the white man will reign supreme in "HIS" country. And he will reign supreme unjustly and at all costs. And he will always have more power than his same color, opposite sex counterpart will have. That is, unless America takes a 360 degree turn and begin eradicating the ills of the past and present by confronting the truths of its past and taking responsibility for the savagery, thievery, and deep-rooted injustice and inhumanity in which it was founded. America's 360 degree turn must involve embracing the morals, ethics, values, and principles that are congruent with the nature of every human being, a divine nature that each of us was born with and upholding them at a systems' level, a societal level, a cultural level. As a Muslim, my faith has taught me that one should be concerned about the welfare and benefit of all. That all humans have dignity and that we should treat others the way we would want to be treated. As a believer, my faith has taught me that there is no one better than another except the one better in character, the one better in works of righteousness. No white is better than a black. No Arab is better than a non-Arab. No male is better than a female. We are all human beings. We are all made equal. My conscience has taught me these things too and they all make sense to me. My logic and my humanity agree with them.
