Yesterday I posted this image of myself on social media ... It has gone crazy!  Here is me embracing myself as a women, as a mum and celebrating what I have hidden for so long. As women and mums we hide away not braving who we are, we feel ashamed of our bodies... just like I did but now I have decided to be brave and show we are better than that.  To all the mums and women out there this one is for you... welcome to my greatest masterpiece I have created..
