Empowering Women

I have conducted training session on communication, networking and organization building with around 200 women from 9 districts of Maharashtra State, India. All these women are working as community leaders, Self Help Group Leaders, teachers for pre primary children and craft teachers for children with association of Vansthali Organization.

They are playing very important role of empowering girls, women in community and moulding next generation. As a trainer, facilitator I motivated them to take lead in their communities and also trained them on  communication and networking skills.

I also shared about work of World Pulse and discussed how we are connecting and empowering each other through this forum.

Every training session is always helping me to improve my skills and knowledge as trainer and also motivating myself to work more and more in-depth for women's rights and empowerment.

It is our strength when we connect with each other and providing support, space to every one to move ahed. World Pulse is not only a forum to share stories, struggle but movement towards women empowerment. I am happy to be part of this movement.
