Empowering Women and Girls: Menitos Charity Foundation Launches Agency Program

The Menitos Charity Foundation, a women-led organization dedicated to uplifting communities, has officially launched its Agency Program, an initiative set to empower more women and girls. This launch follows a year of dedicated mentorship that culminated in two of the foundation's key leaders achieving certification as coaches.

Certified Coaches Leading the Charge

Dr. Toluwalope Daramola, the Executive Director of Menitos Charity Foundation, and Ms. Afuwape Boluwatife, the Youth Director, were certified as coaches after an intensive year of mentoring provided by the Mrs. Obisakin of Women Inspiration Development Center (WIDC), located in Ile Ife, Nigeria. This rigorous training has equipped them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively guide and mentor others in realizing their personal and collective power through the Agency Program.

The Agency Mission

With this certification, Dr. Daramola and Ms. Boluwatife are now on a mission to actively empower a wider network of girls and women through the Agency Program. The core of this program lies in helping participants understand, embrace, and utilize their AGENCY—their ability to act and make choices that influence their own lives and their communities. This empowerment aims to foster self-reliance, leadership, and positive change among participants.
