There are stories that are never seen — stories of women who enter love with open hearts, only to be trapped in betrayal, silence, and wounds too deep for words.
There are families and relationships that turn joy into burden, where survival itself feels heavy, where dignity is stripped away piece by piece.
Yet even in this darkness, a flame refuses to die. It flickers, it whispers: “You are still here. You are still worthy.”
One of those women is me. I have faced discrimination for being Indigenous, and I was betrayed by the person I trusted and loved blindly. I married him, only to feel like hell, where even survival itself became a burden.
I endured the pain of people mocking my failed attempts in my career, questioning my worth, and trying to crush my spirit. Yet through it all, I still believe — failure is not the end. It is the key that opens the path to success.
To every woman who has walked through pain like mine: you are not weak. You are not to blame. You are not alone.
This is not just my story — it is the story of countless women carrying invisible scars. From pain grows resilience. From silence rises a voice. From brokenness emerges healing. Together, we reclaim the truth: we are enough, we are worthy, and we deserve freedom.
