Focus Group Discussion on Teenage Pregnancies in Cameroon./ Sexual Reproductive Health

This initiative comes at a time when we are witnessing a significant rise in school dropouts and issues related to internally displaced persons, particularly among girls. We aim to investigate the reasons behind the alarming increase in early pregnancies, abortions, and school dropouts among girls, as well as to explore potential solutions to reduce these figures. Our goal is to engage in a meaningful discussion about sexual reproductive health and teenage pregnancies within the community. We will have experts who will provide valuable insights on these topics. The findings from our discussions will be submitted to the relevant authorities for action. We will be focusing our efforts in three communities: Banyo, Mendankwe, and Baligham, where the rates of early pregnancies are on the rise.
