For RSVP'd members of Feb. 3 Kenyan Women's Speak Out

Thank you for your reply and RSVP to our upcoming Kenyan Women's SpeakOut Forum this Thursday. It will be held at CHAK Guest House and Conference Center from 9:30 - 11:30, with early seating starting at 9 am. We're honored to be co-organizing this event with the Center for Rights Education and Awareness in Nairobi (CREAW), and by our fantastic panel of speakers. We'll also welcome the US delegates from the World Pulse Heart of East Africa tour and members of the World Pulse online community who live in Nairobi. Karibu! Welcome!

Please note that this attendance is by invitation and RSVP are required, since space is limited to 50 and we are at near-full attendance. If you received our earlier invitation but were uncertain to attend or missed the deadline of 1.28 for RSVPs, please email us - see contact information below - and we will see if we have any additional space.

Note that we will open the conference room at 9 am for early seating, and that selected members of the press will attend. A short press briefing will follow, and we will be providing a tea-snack break mid-morning.

Finally, our goal with this forum is to host a lively and forward-looking discussion of the progress, current challenges and visions of Kenyan women leaders and community advocates. We welcome you to join us in the second half of our program to share in your views and experiences. The World Pulse team will also be on hand to discuss this online global and social networking portal and visions for how to make this platform and the magazine a bigger voice for Kenyan women and gender advocates.

Please see the attached program Kenya for the Women’s ‘SpeakOut’ Forum this Thursday!
