What is a Friendsgiving?

Friendsgiving is a pay as you eat networking event which moves around every month. It is an opportunity to meet other progressive minded individuals who support the vision of Menitos Charity Foundation.

The event is also a fundraising opportunity for Menitos Charity Foundation projects.

How much does it cost to attend?

Friendsgiving is free to attend and you only pay for what you eat

Can i come with a friend?

Yes, the more the merrier.

Can i come with my children?

While this is permitted, you need to clarify that the venue for the month is child appropriate as we change venue every month.

How does the fundraising work?

We place donation box at our events so you can drop in cash and cheques to support the foundation.

In what name do I issue the cheque?

All gift, cheques and transfers should be issued to Menitos Charity Foundation

What if i don't have cash or a cheque on me?

No problem, we have accounts

They are visible on various items at the venue including the donation box.

You could also request a Donor Help Card at the venue

What is a Donor Help Card?

This is a card that has our account details to avoid sending donations. to a wrong account

I would love to attend but i am not in Lagos?

No problem, we could do a 10 to 30 minutes live stream via our social media channels on demand

We could also make a direct video call on WhatsApp for you to interact with guests at the venue

How do I donate from outside Nigeria?

We have accounts with Guarantee Trust Bank to receive donations in global currencies.

Can I host a friendsgiving for the foundation?

To host a Friendsgiving, get a venue, fix ypur date and get in touch with us at friendsgiving@menitosng.com.

We will provide props for your venue branding

Can I host a Friendsgiving outside Nigeria?

Yes, we would however not be able to provide props but can still support by designing appropriate props.

What if I want to become more involved with Menitos Charity Foundation as a volunteer or skill donor?
