From Dream to Reality: My First Research Paper to Empower Millions in Bangladesh

Dear Sisters,

Today, my heart overflows with gratitude and hope as I share a dream long held quietly in my soul that has finally come true—my very first solo research paper has been published! 🌸

The paper, titled “Non-Formal Education in Bangladesh: Policy Gaps and Employment-Linked Solutions,” is not just an academic work. It is the voice of thousands—young women and marginalized youth whose lives are shaped by limited access to education and opportunity. Through this research, I have tried to shed light on their struggles and the barriers that keep them from unlocking their full potential.

What fills me with even greater hope is the belief that the solutions I have proposed could impact more than 4 million people in Bangladesh alone—helping to create pathways for education and meaningful employment for those often forgotten.

This is only the beginning of my journey. I have so much more to learn, unlearn, and accomplish. That is why I turn to this powerful community—World Pulse—because your wisdom, encouragement, and insights have always fueled my passion for change.

If you find a moment to read my paper, I would be deeply honored to hear your thoughts, questions, and suggestions. Your feedback will inspire me to grow—not just as a researcher but as a woman dedicated to using knowledge to transform lives with compassion.

Together, let us keep dreaming, writing, and rising—because when women rise, communities thrive.

With love, strength, and sisterhood,

Mosfeka Zannat Nishat 💫
