When I launched Mustaqbil Tumhara Hai, I didn’t just want to broadcast stories—I wanted to create lasting change. Today, with over 200,000 women impacted across Pakistan, this radio show has become a powerful platform for inspiring leadership, self-worth, and resilience.

But the journey didn’t stop there.

Recognizing that true empowerment requires more than just visibility, I implemented a multi-layered approach to give women the tools to rise in their careers and lives. Through internship programs, mentorship circles, and corporate partnerships, we’ve taken meaningful action:

10 women have been placed in high-impact internships, giving them real-world experience and opening doors to their first jobs in corporate spaces.

Through strategic mentorship programs, over 15 professionals have received guidance from industry leaders, offering them the tools to navigate unsponsored career growth with clarity and confidence.

In collaboration with MBA programs, we’ve helped 50+ students receive discounts and career guidance, giving them access to quality education and the support they need to break into the corporate world.

These efforts aren’t just statistics, they’re real stories of young women who have used the opportunities provided to push boundaries, break ceilings, and lead without permission.

In total, our collective efforts have created a ripple effect, reaching over 200,000 women, opening doors for countless more, and empowering them to step into leadership with strength and conviction. This is just the beginning, and I’m committed to scaling this impact to reach even more.
