Seeking
Connections

I joined World Pulse to connect with like-minded individuals passionate about empowering women and girls globally. I hope to find inspiration, share stories, and collaborate on impactful projects to drive change in my community and beyond.
I am passionate about advocating for the rights and well-being of women and girls, especially in areas like sexual reproductive health rights, mental health, gender-based violence, and economic empowerment. I’m inspired by the resilience of young people and the collective power of communities to create positive change.
I live in Nairobi, Kenya. My favorite thing about my country is the incredible sense of community and the rich diversity of cultures that come together to create a vibrant and supportive environment.
My surname 'Ndwiga' directly translates to the animal giraffe. It was chosen because those given this name are typically seen as visionaries who can see very far - just like the giraffe due to its height. I like my name because it connects me to my roots and is significant.
How can we collectively ensure that girls in underserved communities have access to quality education and essential resources? What successful strategies have you seen or implemented in your community?
