Growing up in a society where alot of myths surrounded menstrual hygiene and products I was inspired to work hard to make sure I educated my community on such important topics... Well as a qualified nurse and an advocate for the Girl child I have been inspired to do more research on the causes of Teenage pregnancies and school drop outs in the Elgon region, we came to know that lack of sanitary pads has been one of the causes. So we resorted to providing Sanitary pads, Scholaristic materials to the Elgon Girls to support them to stay in school and also End child challenges.
