Global Speaking Opportunity Reminder

Dear Correspondents,

Remember the post I made about the Global Digital Programs speaking opportunity, http://worldpulse.com/node/34368? I just wanted to remind you that there is a rolling deadline for this, which means that you can apply any time that you want!

It is much simpler than it may seem. All you need to do is fill out the application document (posted in my original post), and send it to Sarah White (see original post), with a copy to me. Then, depending on your internet connection, she will help you set up either a video conference or a chat conference. You will then lead a conversation with people around the world on your chosen topic. Don't be nervous about this--it will be very similar to engaging the PulseWire community and holding a group conversation. I know you can do it!

The Global Digital Programs provides an amazing way for you to link with change makers and decision makers around the world. Their programs are broadcast not only to a global audience but US embassy and foreign government staff as well. If you need help with your application, please feel comfortable to speak with myself, Scott or your Midwife or Mentor.

Also, you are welcome to apply for this opportunity even after the program ends, but since we are around to help you now, I'd really recommend applying before April!
