This is a project by the PROSDOMA organization focused on storytelling about the impact of absent fathers. Designed by M. Piki, a UN Volunteer, the stories are being written by other UN Volunteers who are also volunteering for PROSDOMA. The project aims to raise awareness about the effects of absent fathers on children and encourages people to support these children in any way possible. This particular story, written by Kristi Shields, features a South Sudanese woman named Mercy O.
