Growth as a leader in global development

Think Global but act local, was a slogan that moved the climate justice movement, However it also relates to the shift of the big INGOs (International Non-Governmental Organisations) to the global south. I work for one of the foremost human rights organization in the world, Amnesty International. In a recent podcast with Disrupt Development/Ringo, I shared my perspectives on the dilemma of being an African woman leading a country office in a global organization.

Available on the RINGO website: https://rightscolab.org/podcast-re-imagining-the-ingo-episode-2/ The podcast is also listed on the following channels: spotify, Google podcasts, Itunes, Amazon Music, Stitcher, iHeartRadio, Pandora, TuneIn + Alexa, Podcast Addict, Podchaser, Pocket Casts, Deezer, Player FM, Podcast Index.

Please listen to the podcast and share your comments or questions you may have. I am organizing my thoughts and would share a series of posts on leadership and what I have learnt on the way.
