Healthcare Facility for Women/Children in Bannu,KP

My village mansion where I plan to setup Hospital

Hi,

I am Javeria Hayat Khan and I hail from south KP, a remote area of the Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa province where health care facilities are so scarce that there is no female surgeon available there. The province has been badly neglected by the governments esp as regards healthcare.

The nearest tertiary healthcare equipped hospital is atleast 300 miles away where women cannot afford to go because of travel and stay expenses, not to mention the high costs of surgery.

Many women are strictly pardah observing/veiled in Burqas and donot want to be seen by the male doctors for their problems, hence they suffer in silemce for years. I saw women moving around hiding ulcerated breast cancers and grade 4 hemorrhoids bleeding so bad and still living with these cz they simply didnot want to go to cities to be treated by males.

Time is running out and imminent action should ne taken.

We can only help by playing our part by helping establish a hospital there to curb their miserable lives. Many women donot get timely treatment or get wrong treatments by quacks so martality rates are high.

I have decided, being a daughter of the soil, to help them with my expertise in surgery especially in urology.

Please help me- By connecting me to health care NGOs, Donors, Grant Organizations, Investors etc.

Any help/suggestion/productive advise is welcome.
