At Hold My Hand Organization, we believe that empowering young girls in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is not just a choice-it’s a necessity for building a better future.

This year’s theme, Unpacking STEM Careers: Her Voice in Science, is a call to action to break barriers and amplify the voices of young women in fields that shape our world. STEM careers are more than jobs- they’re opportunities to innovate, influence, and transform society. From addressing climate change to advancing healthcare and building cutting-edge technologies, STEM professionals shape the future. However, gender stereotypes and systematic barriers have long deterred girls from pursuing these fields, creating a critical gap in diverse perspectives and solutions.

At Hold My Hand Organization, we’re creating opportunities for girls to shine in STEM through:

Inspiring Mentorship: “Girls with dreams become women with vision.” Our mentorship programs connect girls with female STEM leaders to guide and inspire their journeys.
